Ryan is a 4th generation Coloradan who grew up working on family owned rental properties since high school.
n Fact: Ryan’s first international trip was with his family to Cancun when he was 8 months old
Paul is a 3rd generation Coloradan who has been managing properties in the Denver area for 30+ years.
Fun Fact: Paul and his family owned a Mexican Restaurant called the Bear Valley Inn in Denver for 20 years.
